SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Packages are shipped via standard mail, unless expedited shipping has been specifically ordered. All shipping weights are calculated by adding the weight of packaging materials to the weight of the product(s). Shipments weighing more than 2.5 pounds are calculated and shipped at the cheaper priority mail flat rate and will be sent in more than one package. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping at no cost to the customer. Charges include shipping and packaging.
We make every effort to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. But, we are a small company and, when products are not in stock, delivery may take longer. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT BILLED UNTIL THE PRODUCTS LEAVE OUR STORE.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, and CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Unopened and undamaged products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of shipping. Upon receipt of returned item, your credit card will be refunded the cost of the product, minus shipping and any r extraneous expenses. In the rare event that we cannot provide a refund, you will be notified by email or telephone with a reason.
Professional services require a 48 hour cancellation notice for individual sessions and a 2-week cancellation notice for speaking and workshop engagements for refund.
